YOUR STUDIO

What's included? 
The cost for the studio is 'all-in' so this includes heating, electricity, water, and internet.

Are their business rates? 
Small business rates relief can be applied for on each studio - subject to terms and how your business operates.

Is there VAT on the rent? 
No - there is no VAT to be applied.

Can I bespoke my space?
We encourage residents to make a space their own and have a team to hand to assist with this if needed.

THE BUILDING

Are Pets allowed?
Yes we are dog friendly. And fish. Tarantulas is a maybe.

Is there Parking? 
To the side of the building is a loading bay that can be used by the residents. A business parking permit can also be applied for use for street parking.

THE TERMS

How long is a contract?
We start at a year and can go up to 3.

Is there a deposit required?
Yes this is 2 months.

Is there a Break Clause?
Generally its three months that works both ways for us and the resident. If a longer or shorter one is requested we can review this on an ad hoc basis.
